Dmd365 Terms and Conditions – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the dmd365 website accessible via dmd365.vin as well as our official mobile app.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at dmd365.
• "DMD365" or "We" refers to the platform operator providing this online entertainment service.

Each member is only permitted to hold one account on the dmd365 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and active email address. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. DMD365 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family and friends.
• Change your password regularly to enhance your account security.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

DMD365 supports a variety of local payment methods including bank transfers, digital wallets, and other instant payment methods available in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account within seconds.

For withdrawals, a KYC verification process will be carried out to confirm your identity before funds are approved. This is a standard security measure that protects you from any fraudulent attempts by unauthorised parties.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific cases approved by management.
• DMD365 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal exceeding certain limits.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

Funds in your account do not accrue interest. DMD365 does not operate as a financial institution, and this platform account may not be used as a money savings facility.

5Bonus & Promotions

DMD365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. Each bonus offer is subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as separately specified on the Promotions us.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the specified rollover requirements.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the promotion concerned.
• DMD365 reserves the right to void any bonus if it is suspected that the bonus was claimed improperly or through means that violate platform rules.

6Game Rules

All games available on the dmd365 platform – including slot games, bingo, sports betting, and table games – are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent third-party bodies. • Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

7Member Conduct

DMD365 expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner. Behaviour that violates our community standards will not be tolerated.

• Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.
• Spreading false information, defaming, or harassing other members through the platform's community features is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• Using more than one account to take advantage of promotional offers intended for new members is strictly prohibited.
• Any threats, intimidation, or abusive language directed at our customer support staff is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the account in question.

8Account Suspension & Closure

DMD365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds, including:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering using false information or an unauthorized identity.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activities or money laundering.
• Abuse of the bonus system or participation in bonus abuse schemes.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team via live chat. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of the required KYC verification process.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses due to unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Damage to your device or system resulting from the use of our platform.

Dmd365's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

DMD365 is committed to a culture of healthy and responsible gaming. We provide a range of self-management tools that members can use to control their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the amount of losses you are willing to sustain within a given period.
